Nicholas Kakounis / Executive Chef
An enthusiastic young talent, Nicholas is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education. He has gained experience in Waldy Maloufs Beacon, Jean – Georges Vongerichtens Mercer Kitchen & Catch Red Bank with Chef Dominic Rizzo. Quality, taste and presentation is what he and his team strive to accomplish.
